Over 100 Pairs of Shoes Collected – A Remarkable Success!

A wonderful example of dedication and compassion: The students of Leipzig International School have collected over 100 pairs of shoes in a short amount of time to support people in need in Cameroon and Germany!

As part of the New Year Shoe Drive, many schools, churches, and individuals have already joined this initiative by donating well-preserved shoes. Now, Leipzig International School has become part of this movement—achieving an incredible result!

How It All Started

Primary school teacher Ms. Raggett reached out to us some time ago, excited about our mission to support people in need by providing them with second-hand but well-preserved shoes. Equipped with posters and flyers from the Shoe Aid Project, the school launched its own collection campaign—and the children got involved with great enthusiasm!

A True Inspiration

What makes this initiative even more special is that it was driven by the students themselves. Their dedication is a shining example of how even small actions can make a big impact.

In mid-February, a dedicated student and his mother delivered the collected shoes to our office. Now, they are being sorted and prepared for transport to Cameroon. In recognition of their incredible effort, the class even received an award from the school—a well-deserved honor they can truly be proud of!

Every Contribution Counts!

This initiative highlights the importance of every single donation—whether shoes or financial support, every contribution helps us move forward with our project. Would you like to get involved as well? Join our community of dedicated supporters!

A huge thank you to Leipzig International School for their incredible commitment and the impressive number of shoes they collected. Your support makes a real difference!
